2024 Annual Report

In 2024, the affordability crisis facing the Greater New York region reached a tipping point. As rents continued to rise, data revealed that a quarter of New Yorkers struggle to afford the essentials. We also learned that more than 30% of adults with a mental health diagnosis aren’t getting the care they need. Our communities urgently need more affordable housing and mental health support.
