City & State: Adam Balasiano Featured in Real Estate Trailblazers

Adam Balasiano, Vice President of Real Estate at Volunteers of America-Greater New York, was featured in City & State‘s 2026 Trailblazers in Real Estate. The list highlights key figures combatting the housing crisis in New York City including nonprofit leaders, policymakers, developers and more.

Adam has served VOA-GNY for more than 15 years in various roles from program director to leading property and asset management for over a decade. Adam helps manage a new construction pipeline of approximately 2,700 homes, including The Orion, an upcoming mixed-used development in Queens, and Hillside Grove, a transformative affordable housing project on Staten Island.
