YP Senior Residence Wins Top Design Award

Our latest affordable housing development in the Bronx won a Silver Award in the National Association of Home Builders Best in American Living Awards.

YP Senior Residence, our latest affordable housing development in the Bronx, won a Silver Award in the National Association of Home Builders Best in American Living Awards in the Affordable Multifamily category. 

The energy-efficient building features 93 studio apartments and 24 one-bedroom units, with 37 units reserved for seniors in need of supportive services. Designed by Magnusson Architecture and Planning, the residence was thoughtfully created to build community and help seniors age in place with dignity. YP Senior Residence showcases accessible design elements that support mobility and independence, as well as communal spaces that encourage social interaction and connection.

The 2025 Best in American Living Awards features the best in the residential construction industry with winners from across the country in various categories.
