VOA-GNY rang The Opening Bell® at the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate the launch of our new $20 million Housing Innovation Fund.

On Wednesday, April 23rd, Volunteers of America-Greater New York rang The Opening Bell® at the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate the launch of our new $20 million Housing Innovation Fund — made possible by an anonymous private donor. This fund will support the development of affordable housing for low-income and formerly homeless New Yorkers.

Our Sector Director of Supportive Housing, Rithel Rhoden, rang the bell alongside VOA-GNY President CEO Jeff Ginsburg, VOA-GNY board member Susan Axelrod, and Roger G. Arrieux Jr., who received the Community Champion Award at our 28th Annual Gala.
