NEW YORK – Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-GNY) today announced the appointment of Jane Wang and Dino Wu to our board of directors, effective January 2024.
“We are excited to welcome two new members to our board of directors whose expertise and fresh insights will be tremendously valuable as we continue to innovate and grow our capacity to serve our neighbors experiencing homelessness in the Greater New York area,” said Noelle Withers, Acting President and CEO of VOA-GNY.
Ms. Wang currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Loews Corporation. Mr. Wu is a Partner at WilmerHale. Both companies have been steadfast supporters of VOA-GNY’s work for a number of years, including our annual community service campaign, Operation Backpack®.
VOA-GNY’s board of directors now comprises 17 voting members.
