The Building

YP Senior Residence includes thoughtfully-designed amenities such as laundry facilities conveniently located on every other floor. The building also features a community room and landscaped courtyard, offering spaces for residents to socialize and relax.

YP Senior Residence further boasts a beautifully landscaped rear yard and a rooftop outdoor terrace, providing residents easy and safe access to fresh air. A 24/7 front desk and live-in superintendent provide security.

The building is designed with sustainability in mind and received LEED platinum certification. It features environmentally friendly elements including a solar panel system on the roof, a rainwater irrigation system for the landscaping, and a green roof, making it both energy-efficient and cost-effective.

Resident Services

Case Management: Case managers work one-on-one with clients to develop a service plan that best fits their needs, referring them to outside services as needed and making sure they receive all of the benefits to which they are entitled.

Health Services: Staff assist with medication management and referrals are made to comprehensive health care services in the community.

Recreation: Given the risk of social isolation that is so common with aging, on-site staff regularly plan social activities and events including game nights, gardening sessions, luncheons, exercise classes, and trips to shows and museums.
