A human resources veteran of over 20 years, Ysa has been with VOA-GNY for over 11 years. She ensures the organization’s workforce is supported, fairly compensated, and able to focus on serving New York’s most vulnerable communities. She has led efforts to strengthen payroll, benefits and compliance systems that support more than a thousand staff members.
