City & State: Anddy Perdomo Featured in Bronx Power 100

Anddy Perdomo, AVP of Veteran Services and Economic Empowerment Initiatives at Volunteers of America-Greater New York, is featured in City & State‘s 2025 Bronx Power 100. The list recognizes the top 100 individuals shaping the Bronx, including politicians, public officials, nonprofit leaders, and advocates.

As AVP of Veteran Services and Economic Empowerment Initiatives, Perdomo oversees programs for veterans and families experiencing homelessness, as well as the organization’s growing portfolio of workforce development and career readiness programs. Under her leadership, VOA-GNY will open its first ever Economic Empowerment Center in the Bronx, which will be home to a variety of wealth-building services, such as a new vocational rehabilitation program that helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment. The Economic Empowerment Center will include a new rapid rehousing program for survivors of domestic violence that will provide short-term rental assistance and personalized services.
