Our vision is fueled by our experience as a leading provider of services to families and individuals experiencing homelessness in the greater New York area. Through more than 70 programs located in New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester County—including emergency shelters, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing.

Thank you to all of our 2023 Operation Backpack® donors and volunteers! Because of your incredible generosity, 19,000 children experiencing homelessness have returned to the classroom this year with new backpacks and the school supplies they need to not only thrive academically, but get one step closer to breaking the cycle of family poverty.
