June Volunteer Opportunities
Many of the fathers and grandfathers in our care are doing the best they can with what they have. Show your appreciation for their efforts by holding a drive to collect gifts in time for Father's Day!
Ideas include collecting personal care items like toiletries (ex. shaving cream), ties, cologne, coffee mugs, hats, or other appropriate clothing items.
Or, you can spend a crafter-noon with your colleagues to make cards of encouragement with positive messages!
End of School Celebrations
Celebrate our students and kick-off the start of summer by throwing an end-of-school-year party for children living in our homeless and domestic violence shelters or at either of our Early Learning Centers. Reward a year of hard work with a carnival or a pizza party.
For details on how to get involved, please contact Andrew Zibell for more information.
