Help Warm Up Winter for Our Residents

Did you know that as we age, our bodies are more sensitive to cold temperatures?

This winter, help keep the adults in our residential programs warm and comfortable by donating new men's and women's pajama sets. We're aiming to collect 92 pairs of pajamas to give to the formerly homeless adults and veterans at our East 12^th Street Residence.

Many of these individuals do not have family or close friends. By giving them a thoughtful gift—like warm pajamas—we are helping to remind them that they have not been forgotten this holiday season. It's something we do all year long through Burt and Barbara’s Gifts of the Heart, not only for the holidays, but also for other occasions like birthdays.
