Older Adults

Most adults as they age would rather remain in their own home, in the community with which they are familiar, rather than move to a nursing home or other institutional setting. Many do not have families able or willing to care for them. Volunteers of America is committed to helping older adults “age in place” with dignity, in safety, and with a network of caregivers and other community support that keeps them engaged, and not isolated.
